I just wanted to thank you for arranging our holiday to Sri Lanka . I thought the accommodation was excellent. It was great to see turtles swimming in e wild Indian Ocean (one off my bucket list).

 What I do want to say is the guide Thusitha made the holiday very special. His attention and care of us all especially John was quite incredible. His knowledge of wildlife and all things Sri Lanka was better than any of the arranged tours we did!  He knew every bird (all 102 species of them) plus the lizards, snakes etc etc. He also was so flexible and positive when changes had to be made and on our wedding anniversary and my birthday day he took time to stop – lay a table open a bottle of wine and a cake and card!  I cannot recommend him enough.

The hotel staff were also wonderful, and you had obviously primed them as they really pushed the boat out for us. Thank you Sanjay and I have recommended you to visitors who were travelling in Sri Lanka.

We are back home after a wonderful flight from Colombo, very comfortable and well looked after, and now suffering a bit from post-holiday blues! Thusitha, our driver, was marvellous. An excellent driver, in what were difficult driving conditions in places, and very knowledgeable about all things Sri Lankan, a lovely conversationalist with a good sense of humour, and he knew his birds! Highly recommended.

Thank you for all the effort you put into our holiday. The highlights were definitely seeing over 100 species of bird and visiting places and learning about the Indian sub-continent for the first time, and specifically Sri Lanka. Also, the wonderful caring and friendly nature of its people. We shall hopefully go again one day.
