A day to discover the tea and spices for which Sri Lanka is famous.

Hidden above Ravana Falls and with views of Ella Rock and Lipton’s Seat, is this tea estate and spice plantation which flourishes under the watchful eye of  its founders and local staff from the nearby village.  Your local guide will take you through fields where tea, cinnamon and lemongrass are expertly cultivated before visiting the production centre to see how the tea and spices are converted into the forms that we more commonly recognised them in. The experience culminates with a tasting of 4 signature hand-made teas at a picturesque point overlooking the spectacular Ella Gap.  Choose a “Teaology” option if you would like a more unique tasting that includes a menu of vegetarian dishes matched with the teas on offer. This experience is not available on Sundays and public holidays.
